Lauren Jonson, Creative Director

When I'm not lugging my two children to their respective sports, I enjoy crafting and baking. As the daughter of two retired college professors, I'm always looking for something new to learn. I believe I am an authentic leader with exceptional communication skills, strategic competency, and a growth mindset with collaborative spirit.

  • Communication: Superior communication skills both written and spoken. Strong ability to present to executive leaders with confidence and persuasive narrative.

  • Strategic Acumen: A skillful storyteller able to influence key decision makers into action while balancing budgets, timelines and resources.

  • Brand: Intuitive understanding of branding with high competence in how to bring a brand to life in both 2D and 3D environments

  • Direction: Leading a team of designers in their areas of expertise, as well as coaching them in their career growth through evaluations and goal setting to provide best in class studio results.
